The room is extremely beautiful and clean. It is a very well designed place with care for every detail. Very comfortable and warm. The host is welcoming, took care of every need, and was available all the time on what's up. Location is great, it's a few minutes walk from what us interesting, including grocery stores and restaurants.

Nzar is very nice and helpful. He always helped me with parking. The sea view from the balcony is incredible. There is a nice kitchen with free drinks and snacks. I come here the second time and it's never enough, I want to return again.

First and foremost Levon the host is the best host we ever had! He was kind, always available and very generous. The room was spotless and luxurious with a Nespresso coffee machine (including capsules), a large minifridge and a smart TV! The bed was extremely comfortable and the surrounding area was quiet. The hotel is just a few steps away from the german colony and has a lot of parking nearby. We had trouble with the water temperature in the shower at 00:15am, I wasn't sure Levon was awake so I sent him a whatsapp message and he immediately answered. In less than 5 minutes we had scorching hot water😅 I also proposed to my partner in my room and Levon was very forthcoming and accomidating with my needs! Definitely a trip to remember! You can pick golden suite knowing you made the right choice and are in good hands!

Lavon is a very nice man! received us warmly. Available for everything. We really enjoyed the new and well-equipped room located in a central and attractive location in the city! I'm sure we'll be back for another visit :)
