We booked the room for 5 days from our country as we wanted to find a flat in Candolim for a long staying, but we stayed in this hotel for 3 monthes. Edward and all his family are very hospitable and help in all the questions. There are rooms with kitchen and without. The rooms are clean and comfortable with TV, frige, fan, air conditioner (as it is on photos). The hotel is the last one on small road with almost no transportation, so you don't hear the noise.

A charming hotel with wonderful staff. You could really feel that they cared a lot about their guests. The restaurant was also very good, we had most dinners in the hotel's garden. A green, relaxing and quiet place.

All was great!!! Nice area, with good restaurants around. Deric was a great host, providing all support and information we needed. He was even able to negotiate a rebate with the taxi driver for us on check-out.
