Absolutely loved this quaint little place. The owner, the lovely Mrs. Lobo is all smiles and super hospitable. The place is clean and equipped with all you'd need to make yourself comfortable. The area itself is close to the beach and very peaceful.

Mr Denis was so hospitable and respectful. He made us Rose tea which was delicious! He was trained on cruise ships to the highest standards so he knows what hes doing. His English is excellent and he understood our needs. He piggybacked the 2 of us into town on his scooter where there is a restaurant which other customers recommend as cheap and good food. He even went to the money changer for us. He is very proud of his establishment and has worked hard to achieve. Room is impeccable clean. Mr Denis picked up breakfast for us in the morning. We were sad to leave.

I am definitely in love with this small charming place. Owners are ones of the most kind people that I have ever met. They find resolution for every problem. Rooms are really nice, cozy and spatial. Hot water and kettle avaible, as well as AC. Great scooters ready to rent. Small, but lovely and clean swimming pool avaible in object. A lot of green and beautiful nature around hotel building. I strongly recommend that place to everyone

The location was excellent, very close to nice restaurants, the supermarket and a great beach Our room was very large with a good fan and strong AC which was very needed in the Goan heat! The host organised scooter rental for us and also let us use the room beyond checkout time on the day we left

Antonio's place was in a very good location, just 10min ish to the beach, walking distance to little grocery shops and restaurants. The apartment is very big, filled with a fridge full of drinks you may want to purchase during the stay, a kitchen where you can have a stove top, pan and utensils to cook your own meals and a kettle. A big living room with a very reliable fan, a couch and a dinner table. The room is also big with a comfy bed and clean bed sheets, an efficient aircon and fan with a balcony. Toilet has a good size and hot water in the shower is provided. There's a helpful line to dry the clothes in the balcony after a beach day. The "jungle" view is relaxing and lovely. The best part was Antonio the owner... He literally did everything to help us in every way, like calling the bus company to help us to change the pick up point, organising a scooter rent, also took us to the bus station (for an extra fee), offering local tips and a free early check in and late check out... He literally couldn't do more to help us. We are very grateful to Antonio for all the effort he put into making our stay easy and comfortable! Ah and he has the cutest and playful dogs welcoming you every time you come back home ❤️
