Everything was very nice and good maintenance, we love the balcony. It was also just a 15 minutes walk to the beach if you take a shortcut. And that really made it outstanding. Lots of eating joints also in walkable distance and convenient store to purchase anything and everything. Edward is very nice and guiding us in many things also in booking the tours and booking taxi. It was a very big help for us and we really enjoyed the stay and definitely plan to go again. Will definitely recommend it with a double 5 star .

Very cozy and calm. Homely atmosphere. Green and well-kept garden-yard. Hospitable family. The friendly and smiling manager Manirul will always help at any time of the day or night. Fantastic hosts ,very friendly and great communication,good location just off beach road . Beds comfy pack of water waiting in our room , Aircon on ,just what we needed . Picked us up from the airport and dropped us at Palolem our next destination, for the same price as taxis . Arnold made us samosa for our journey It was super tasty thank you 😊 Prices were high for the basic accommodation but this was due to the time of year, Arnold even rang me to tell me that the room price is high for basic facilities so as not to be disappointed on arrival. Would definitely stay again , probably not Xmas / New year as the whole area becomes congested and prices double the rate for room type.

The property is situated as part of a lovely fine dining restaurant. The room was large,airy and very clean. The bathroom was modern with toiletries supplied. It’s in a fantastic location with the beach just a short walk away. Lots of cafes and bars to choose from just outside the hotel, however despite this it was still very peaceful at night. What stands out about this property is the host, Jack, and all the staff at the hotel. We’ve had regular communication with the host since booking. He was particularly kind when we realised we’d brought the key with us from the last hotel. He arranged for the key to be returned with no hassle on our part. The front door man and caretaker were extremely friendly and helpful. If we ever come to Candolim again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and would totally recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay 😊
