The property was maintained in a very clean way and all facilities that are required for a comfortable stay were immaculately available. The property owner, Mr. Mir was just the most helpful and nicest host. He helped me with the itinerary and in renting out scooter. He was available at the property for any sort of help that was required. A very warm and peaceful stay, it was, all thanks to Mir!

The stay was wonderful. The property is very close to the beach, and the AC rooms are comfortable and relaxing. We easily got everything we needed, super convenient. The fridge worked perfectly, and the balconies were ideal for enjoying a peaceful breakfast. Hot water in the showers was a great plus. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Loved it. 1min from the beach, very good accessible with a stroller (baby-friendly). Quiet place, street with many shops is abt 10min walk. Very good breakfasts, big room, very comfortable big bed, the area is very green. 2 free water bottles daily. We loved it and extended our stay there. But the most important - people who work there: very-very supportive! Highly recommend this place!

Firstly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a little piece of paradise on the edge of Palolem, tucked away on sand walking paths with a less than 1 minute walk to the beach. You can hear the waves from the cottages as you are drifting to sleep. The staff are laidback, friendly and accommodating. The owners are very sweet as well. The bug net was perfect to cover the bed.
