This is an amazing guesthouse where you can find almost everything you need. We booked a triple room with a private bathroom, and it was fantastic. There's a washing machine, drying rack, and the kitchen is fully stocked with oil, salt, utensils, and cups—everything you could possibly need. The only downside might be the price, but if that’s not an issue for you, it’s absolutely perfect. It’s incredibly comfortable. It’s about a 5-minute drive to the supermarket in Höfn town.

Super views of the sunset looking out to Hofn. The wind was amazing...loved falling asleep listening to it howling. Ideal stop over whilst travelling the ring road. Got to see the Viking Village, Black Sand Dunes and the Vesterhorn.

We got the spectacular mountain view room so we could clearly see the glacier outlets. Great location for chasing the northern lights because the surroundings are farms with not much light. The food is nice. We had the signature local langoustine soup and vanilla ice cream for dinner and they were splendid. Rankes among my most favourite dishes in Iceland so far. The room is well equipped and comfortable. Good selection for breakfast.

Great hostel on the way of the Ring road. The room is clean and private bathroom, friendly staff at reception but it is important to keep in mind that the reception is open until the specified hours. Good road to the hostel. There is no kitchen but there is a coffee corner where you can make coffee or tea, brew something with boiling water, for this there are dishes and cutlery, a kettle. Everything 110% if one can say so :) There were 3 of us and we booked 2 rooms. The rooms were really neat and clean with spacious bathroom. There was no TV in the room but oh man... the view all around was absolutely stunning. No TV ever needed with a view like this. A small kitchen is onsite with all the necessary equipment. All in all... will definitely book again.

Rooms were a bit smaller, but still nice and clean. When we got to the guesthouse, shared bathroom and kitchen were perfectly clean. The cleaniness of shared bathrooms depends on other guests who stay that night.
