This property exceeded our expectations - we had room with balcony, which was great and spacious addition to the room. The room itself looked lovely, modern, everything was clean and also shower was great. Communication with Francesca was really easy and smooth and she was kindest person. We need to mention also breakfast, which was nice and which we could enjoy on our balcony. Last remark - this property is really good value for your money.

Very clean and comfortable room with high quality interior in a good location. It has a small fridge, coffee machine, TV, hairdryer, AC, hangers, and everything you would expect from a hotel. The bed is large and comfortable. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

Everything is perfect! The location is amazing, very centralized and you don’t need a car to go around so many places! The room was very clean and all of the other shared facilities are also amazing! The best part is the best owner ever, very collaborative and friendly and amazing, just AMAZING

Stefano is a fabulous host who made us very welcome. We were in the coral room, I liked how the place was decorated with specific details, coral ornaments and a huge Tv to complement everything. We also found a small bottle of Mirto on the bed for the warm welcome. The room was very clean, quiet and above all comfortable especially the bed. lovely bathroom too. Everything in good working order almost new. Even if not exactly in the city center but within reach, if in the future we happen again in Alghero, we will definitely choose Sunshine Charming Houses.

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The room was brilliant, the location right in the main street of Alghero could not have been better. But the best part was our host David, he was just fantastic. He gave us a wonderful welcome and some great tips of where to go and eat. Everywhere we went to was spot on. He could not have done anymore for us. We will be back in October :) One tip when staying in the area is parking. Parking on the streets is a bit of a nightmare. There are lots of rules as they give preference to the locals. We parked down by the marina (on the water side) for all three nights. It was busy in the day time but plenty of space at night. Parking was free in April, not sure about the high season.

The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with a clean and modern bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious options. It’s true that there is no private parking, but it was absolutely no problem to find free parking on the street nearby. The whole experience was made even better by the personal touch of the owners, who were warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.
