It is a very big suite/flat just in front of the beautiful piazza del Popolo which is one of the main squares where the locals meet in the evening. The hostess was very kind, she even was friendly when I arrived at 3 o’clock in the night instead of at 9pm as I had expected (there where problems with the flight).

A wonderful stay. Beautifully renovated with attention to details, views to a lovely courtyard, a lot of space for two. Calm, serene atmosphere, just a few steps from piazza del Popolo. Amazing hosts. Will definitely come back when in Ascoli Piceno!

The location is perfect to explore the centre of town. Our room was very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and communication was direct. There is much pride and care in the presentation of the house. The kitchen is functional andt restaurants are within a 3 minute walk. Google maps was a little confused in the narrow lanes, but these are well signposted. We were on a motorbike, parking for vehicles is not possible at the site. The house contains a large collection of art works.
