The check-in process was smooth, and the instructions were very clear. The self check-in and check-out made everything easy. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully designed. The place was definitely kept up with. Very clean They were attentive to our needs. We did have a language burier but it all worked out. She checked in with us, and made sure we had all we needed. The view was great from our balcony. Even better at night. When we come back to Bacoli, we will be staying here.
