Frederica is a truly wonderful host of a gorgeous guesthouse! Our room, Katerina, was so beautiful and so comfortable. Frederica has exceptional taste so there are beautiful furnishings everywhere and every detail for your comfort is provided. We loved our coffee in the morning with the fresh cookies and savoury crackers she provided for us. The best part is Frederica herself! She is incredibly kind and so helpful in booking reservations and giving wonderful advice about what to see and do in Bologna and the best places to eat exceptional dinners. I will happily stay here again and can very enthusiastically recommend her beautiful guesthouse!

Excellent location. Beautiful triple room apartment with a fantastic view. Very modern and exceptionally clean. We even had a fresco - high ceilings. Very comfortable large bed with good pillows. The accommodation was perfect for me. It’s located in a quieter part of town, but still close enough to walk straight into the city center. The street leading to the center is full of cafes and bars and has a really pleasant neighborhood vibe. The place itself was very clean, nicely decorated, had everything you need and above all very quiet. After a long journey, I really appreciated the snacks and drinks that were provided. The bathroom is spacious and has an excellent rain shower. The host Davide was very helpful and friendly, and I was even allowed to leave my luggage at the property after check-out. I’ll definitely be coming back, this is now my go-to place whenever I’m in Bologna!

Great location, in the city center, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was reachable and friendly and we felt she gave her best to accommodate us in a professional way. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had some water, a few bottles of soda and cookies, coffee and tea at our discretion, even one piece of chocolate for each one of us - we really appreciated this and we thank Monica for this kind of treatment. No complaints, only appreciation for the host and the accommodation..
