Frederica is a truly wonderful host of a gorgeous guesthouse! Our room, Katerina, was so beautiful and so comfortable. Frederica has exceptional taste so there are beautiful furnishings everywhere and every detail for your comfort is provided. We loved our coffee in the morning with the fresh cookies and savoury crackers she provided for us. The best part is Frederica herself! She is incredibly kind and so helpful in booking reservations and giving wonderful advice about what to see and do in Bologna and the best places to eat exceptional dinners. I will happily stay here again and can very enthusiastically recommend her beautiful guesthouse!

Everything was perfect! Communication and the warm welcome were excellent, and the parking recommendation was super helpful. Since the property is brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. The shower was by far the best I’ve experienced in any hotel so far. Having complimentary Nespresso was a great bonus. The location is amazing, very close to the city center. The only small downside was that the main entrance key was a bit tricky to use, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. If I come back to Bologna, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, in the city center, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was reachable and friendly and we felt she gave her best to accommodate us in a professional way. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had some water, a few bottles of soda and cookies, coffee and tea at our discretion, even one piece of chocolate for each one of us - we really appreciated this and we thank Monica for this kind of treatment.
