The room was super clean and a good size. AC and wifi worked. There was a bus service, laundromat and cafes close by or the historical centre is walkable. Clear instructions on how to access the room were appreciated. Also the drinks and nibbles were topped up daily at no extra cost.

Very new. Very close to Bologna Centrale Railway Station. Offer of a minibar of soft drinks and water appreciated as was breakfast at the bar across the road which was of an excellent standard. Ideal for a single or couple who want a new clean functional place to stay while enjoying the delights of Bologna. Quiet so you can sleep well. Would stay again.

Everything is clean and new! Highly recommended!!! I wish I could stay longer! Staff is super helpful and kind. When I struggled to open the main door from inside common room, they text me how to open it immediately before I ask.

Great accommodation for a visit to Bologna - lovely clean rooms in a central location, very comfortable and spacious, generous additional inclusions such as drinks and snacks available in the main lounge. Owners were responsiveness and helpful via message including access pre-check in and post-check out for luggage storage. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bologna.
