Beautiful, clean and lovely new room, with private entrance and a little outdoor terrace. Comfortable bed, perfect AC and wifi/TV. Excellent hosting, met our every demands super. The host was so helpful from the time I took my flight from London till I landes, insisted with the everything, polite and very kind, sent me all the instructions and made sure I checked in. Very clean and spacious place just outside the pedestrian zone and walkable distance to La Cinta beach and various restaurants . Renato is a great host, very fast in responding to all the requests you may have. The cleaning lady is super friendly and will make sure you have a great stay.

Clean and tidy, and very spacious. The host is always available for any request. Speaking of the host: really kind and ready to help. The place is a 10 min drive from San Giovanni beach, or just 20 min from San Teodoro. Definitely can recommend it to anyone.

    Location is very convenient, not right on the beach, but in a quieter hilly area. With a car the few beaches are easily reachable within ~10min, as well as few small towns were eating out. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a small shared kitchen for quick cold meal (I think "real" cooking is not possible, we didn't try it). Also very nice the garden with some surrounding nature and shades. Hosts are welcoming and helpful in giving suggestions.
