very nice location, small but large enough for one person. perfect "no reception" solution for late arrival traveller. dinner and breakfast was perfect at hotel next to Casa di Franz. safe parking slot for motorbike.

The owner was so pleasant and welcoming. The whole building is beautifully furnished, spacious, spotlessly clean and so well organised. Breakfast is amazing especially the home baked bread. It has its own delightful chapel and as well as a pension it would be an ideal venue for weddings or family celebrations.

the room was very nice and clean, it overlooks the mountains and the valley, Veronika is very helpful all the time, it is in the villlage so you can easily walk to the Skilift. the parking is spacious and very useful. overall a great place.

Nice, small, clean, family-run, close enough to the lifts/gondolas (I actually walked form the lifts back to the hotel and it was rather manageable). Parking was super easy right outside.
