Silvia and her family were so welcoming and had left a cot beautifully set up for our son. The accommodation was perfectly located near the airport and it didn't feel at all like staying at an airport hotel, felt like we had another evening of our holiday sitting out on the terrace. They had even left milk and juice which were appreciated for the morning. We would definitely stay again.

Very close to Ciampino Train Station. The owner is a gentleman and was very considerate to all our needs. Highly recommend this property. If you are visiting Rome, stay here and go back and forth by train. It’s fast, cheap and overall value for money!

My stay was absolutely wonderful – although it lasted only two days, it far exceeded my expectations! Upon arrival, I immediately felt as if I had stepped into an Italian home – both in terms of interior design and atmosphere. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the shared spaces. In the kitchen, there were always bottles of water and snacks available, and in the mornings, I loved stepping out onto the terrace with a cup of coffee to enjoy the start of a new day. When I landed at Ciampino Airport, I faced some unexpected issues with my originally booked apartment. Luckily, I found Rome Charm House, located nearby, and booked a room right away. I was exhausted after the flight, but I was kindly informed that I could leave my luggage before the official check-in time – which was already quite early! Upon arrival, I was even given great local food recommendations, so I could relax and grab a bite before settling in. The following days were a bit hectic due to some unforeseen circumstances, but Roberto, Antonella, and Riccardo were always there to help. When I got caught up in work and forgot to eat, Antonella would bring one of the most delicious dinners I’ve ever had. Roberto and Riccardo were always ready to assist – whether it was overcoming language barriers with locals or helping resolve bigger issues (and there were quite a few!). I truly felt at home, cared for like a member of the family. They are some of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Rome Charm House if you’re arriving at or departing from Ciampino Airport, or visiting Ciampino, Marino or Rome. This place truly goes beyond any rating scale!
