First of all, Monica was super welcoming and even if I only speak few italian she used an ipad to translate our conversation in real time, super easy! I felt like at home from the first moment. The house is very clean, with a nice terrace and garden, and the room and the bathroom were super clean and tidy, with nice decoration and lots of amenities and details like coffee, water, snacks, etc. Each morning, the room is cleaned like an hotel service, which I was surprised, thank you! What is also great and was essential for my stay is that they let you get a bicycle during the stay without an extra cost. This was super helpful to explore the area, which is very adapted to bicycle mobility. Every time I saw Monica and her husband they were super nice and warm with me. For sure I’ll repeat this place if I visit the area again. Grazie mille!!!

The hotel is ideally located, with numerous restaurants just steps away and all major attractions within walking distance. Newly renovated accommodation in an excellent condition where we had everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was a blessing after a warm day of sightseeing. It’s also ideally located in a quiet area with good restaurants nearby, yet only a short walk from St. Mark’s Square. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and flexible. It was easy to contact them, they were always available if we needed anything. This was our first trip to Venice, and staying here made it truly unforgettable. We would love to come back in the future.
