Good communication. Hosts are friendly. Within walking distance from the ferry/cruise port & city center. If needed, laundromat & luggage storage near by. Big plus- elevator building. Sweet Dream provided us with airport transport directly from cruise terminal ( no need to ride shuttle) at a reasonable charge. Strong wifi & able to watch TV with streaming.

This has to be by far the BEST apartment I ever rented while travelling. It was very well located, super clean, abundantly spacious and the hosts were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable about their town with suggestions of where to eat, etc. They were also nice enough to drive us to the cruise port to board our cruise. Overall, WOW! WOW! WOW!

The location was lovely! we got there in about 15 minutes walking from the train station, and got to the bus terminal in 7 min, while carrying two backpacks each. Also, Simone, who was responsible for our stay, was beyond helpful, so nice and even had tips for where to eat lunch

We especially enjoyed the warm welcome by "Pupa" the dog. The laundry machine and ample drying racks were also a plus since we were preparing for a 14 day cruise. The decision for staying was based on parking as it is a BIG challenge to find parking in Civitavecchia.
