Spacious, quiet, comfortable! Coffee machine with stocked pods. Toiletries and towels. Would make an amazing location for a longer stay unfortunately it was one night only. I had driven 10hrs across the alps from Switzerland and was the most comfortable I’d been on my entire trip. Host also accommodated motorbike for parking up for the night and was very happy to help.

The apartment is located at the centre of Como, however, it is a very quite accommodation. The room and the bathroom were very clean and the bed and the pillows were super comfortable. Alessandro is an amazing and helpful host and was always available, if we needed something during our stay. He met us before the actual checking time to show us the apartment and let us leave our luggage in the room. Every time we asked him for information or simply needed an iron and an iron board, he replied to us quickly and was very helpful. Thank you so much Alessandro for making our stay in Como so lovely and pleasant. We highly recommend this place. 🙂

The property is really good, good value for the money, well cleaned, good location, lots of sun light coming in, it’s not staffed but they have a good communication by WhatsApp.

Very nice and newly renovated room in a good location with a less than 10 minute walk to the city center . The room is fresh, tasteful and feels like brand new and with very comfortable bed and pillows that enables you to sleep well. The room also has air condition which is nice in the summertime. Very helpful host. Relatively good QPR ratio for Como which is generally quite expensive. Overall a very nice room.
