This was our best accommodation ever. Firstly we were greeted by our nice host, who was kind enough to give us recommendations for sights to visit, places to eat etc. The room itself was spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds, enough space for 3 people, nice heated room and bathroom. Every day we received free water and biscuits. It was at a short walking distance from most important sights. We would definitely stay here again. We read many negative comments regarding the steep and narrow stairs, but in our opinion it was actually part of the charm of the place, and also there was a small elevator.

The properties are strategically located in the center of attractions. 1 minute walk to cathedral of Santa Maria del Fior and 9 minutes walk from the Firenze SM Novella train station. Surrounded with restaurants, high end luxury brands and affordable goods. The room very spacious with the view of cathedral. Bed is very comfy. Annie provides us with very good orientation to the property and suggested few restaurants to try and response to our inquiries promptly.

We had an amazing stay here! The room looks just like the photos and is even bigger than what it looks like in the pictures! The location is excellent, it was quiet, but so close to the central area. It was very clean and we really enjoyed all the comforts - the bed and pillows were so comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, and all the finishings and upgrades they did were top notch. The hosts were so friendly and responsive, they were great! Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Such a lovely boutique hotel! Our room felt as if we were sleeping in a gallery. We had a view of the Duomo and the square below. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. You really don't need a restaurant in the hotel as there are so many options right outside the door. We needed ice for our room, and the staff provided it, as well as fresh water. The lighting in the room was great and there were 'stars' over the bathtub! Make sure to see the Boboli Gardens. It's a nice walk from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional value in palazzo which used to be old Turkish consulate with elevator. Within walking distance to train station and short walk to the Duomo. Has the ambience of a boutique hotel. Quiet with extremely convenient facilities and very helpful staff.
