The stay was perfect! The owner contacted us via WhatsApp after the booking was made. Also day before arrival sent us all the info regarding the check in - codes and gow to get keys - it was super simple. They also send us recommendations for some places around. The place itself has perfect location - less than 10min from bus station. The area felt very safe. The room itself very clean, with air-conditioning and in general it felt more like a hotel than a room in an apartment. The pillow was super comfy but that is always an individual thing :) Definitely we would (will) stay again.

A beautiful room, newly renovated with a high quality fit out, very well appointed. Fantastic location close to central train station and a vast selection of restaurants. The host, Keta, was very welcoming and helpful with useful information. I chose this accommodation based on its high score, location and excellent reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed! Location was close to the station, convenient for the Cinque Terre train/hike. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The room is close to the train tracks, but the noise level was very low. The owners were friendly and check-in/out was smooth. Fridge in the room, which I always appreciate.

Every single detail is perfect. This is next level. The person who made this either is very intelligent or has education in tourism. Sparkling Clean, comfy. But then it gets better: - Each side of the bed can turn on or off the main light - That's the level of detail - You've got everything you need. Everything. - There's a lovely balcony - The area looks nice Don't even bother staying anywhere else in La Spezia and I do really mean it.

very clean, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with good shower. They have a coffee machine included which was lovely. The owner was very kind and helpful which made our stay just that bit better!
