Well organized room & private bathroom, spacious, very clean room&bathroom, cozy bed & very comfortable mattress. Nice to have bathrobe&slippers! The shared kitchen&living room area were well equipped & clean. The room had the windows facing the the main center square, and even though there were people enjoying evening drinks & chats, the windows would isolate very well. Nice location!

Wonderfully quiet location in a lovely park with private parking (there is no reception, you have to agree on your arrival time beforehand and call when you are in front of the gate - they will open it for you and provide you with a beeper and the keys). Newly renovated, very nice ambiance. Nice bathrooms. Good reading lights by the bed. If you have a room with A/C, it's blissfully quiet and not one of those noisy units. There is no breakfast service, but there is a stylish kitchen with a coffee maker, fridge, oven, microwave, etc; also there is a shared sitting room and ample space outside in the park. Lots of privacy, a bar for breakfast is just around the corner.

everything is very nice and well organised , well supported by the host. most of the time whenever we called,, they replay and did all the nessesary. the lake is just near by less then 50 mtr., also very nice restaurant walking distance from villa. beautiful chilling place outside villa like garden. all the toiletries were also vary beautiful. also many free parking place nearby, which save lot of money.. overall this is perfect place for stay with family and friends.

Very good location for trips in the area (short distance to Lake Como, Bergamo, Milano). A car is recommended, though, as the location is a bit off the beaten track (really easy to reach by car, though and next train station accessible with a little walk). Being off the tourist crowds, however, is a huge benefit of the location. The small hotel has a really beautiful garden and is situated in a quiet surrounding in a pleasant local neighborhood. Inside the hotel is a true gem and the rooms are fantastic. The owner is extremely friendy and you can see pretty much from the first moment that you enter the premises that he has not only put in a lot of heart into his place, but that he loves to surpise you with little unexpected details (e.g. lots of tour books and other material on the surrounding areas in the lobby, nespresso coffee machine inside the room, really comfortable beds with pillow menu, more than enough storage room, electricity-powered curtains, luxurious bathroom, etc.).

Surrounded by a park with century-old trees, Casa Sull'Albero is a modern property featuring a swimming pool, a wellness area and a cinema room.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location on the side of the lake. I contacted the hotel prior to the holiday and they booked us into the spa in the hotel next door where we had a great afternoon in the private spa followed by a massage. We ate in the restaurant next door on both evenings of our stay, the first a fine dining menu and the second time we had pizza. Both were great and the staff were friendly. We were in walking distance down to the lake and enjoyed a walk around the lake on a footpath which was easy to follow. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choice and fresh food.

Perfect room. Cozy and quiet area, close to the lake and well connected to all the tourist areas (we came by car but there’s also a bus station nearby that connects to the city). The room had EVERYTHING YOU NEED, from dishes and body creams, to amazing coffee machine and even hair dryer, and it was super comfortable. The garden outside is super cute and perfect to wake up surrounded by nature, mountains and the chirping of birds. Cristina was very friendly and sweet and you can clearly see how much she cares about the guests. Probably one the best facilities I found here on booking. Hands down recommended.
