It was a beautiful hotel 1920’s ArtDeco period. Lovely room plenty of room a small very practical room with great facilities. A balcony to have your coffee & view the everyday life. I would highly recommend the hotel. Clean & with a court yard it was a super place to stay. 10 mins from a white sandy beach with a cafe serving fresh food.

We got an upgrade to the junior suite and the room was gorgeous! It was spacious, nicely decorated and super clean. They even have a private pier for gondola ride right outside our room. The hotel staff Enrico was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us accurate recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Venice. He even arranged a private gondola ride for us and it was amazing! Our stay in this hotel was the highlight of our trip and is the best stay throughout our 2 weeks travel in Europe.

Amazing place, well-located, with extremely friendly hosts, very clean (everyday cleaning with a personal touch, I would say). Generous breakfast. Comfortable bed. By the way, Venice in winter is wonderful! Just get dressed well and enjoy the absence of crowds and a special winter mood.
