This accomodation is a real highlight. Very central located, directly at the amphi theater. The room is spacious, very clean (provides daily cleaning) and comfortable furnished. It's located in a historical building and completely rennovated. The shared kitchen provides coffee, tea, cakes and water. The check in information were given promptly, very professional. My early check in was also possible without any issue. The real asset is the spirit of the people. Valentina, the owner, welcome me with open heart and bright smile. She's a real Italian lady, strong, loud, funny, full of passion and energy. She loves and lives pure hospitality. I enjoyed a lot. Many thanks to make Lucca to such a highlight to me!

The host was very nice and welcoming, the property itself was in a good location, however in the morning sounds from the street were well heard. The ac had a funny smell, but it wasn’t really needed, because it wasn’t that hot
