Amazing location right in the amphitheatre square where all the restaurants and shops are. Lulu was incredibly friendly on check in and allowed us to check in earlier. We received a bottle of wine on arrival and a full breakfast box. Air con was a saviour during the heat wave.

Giovanni And Daniela, are so lovely and they really looked after us when we were there . The went above and beyond. If we ever go back to Tuscany we will 100% stay there . Highly recommend. It about 20min drive from Pisa in a little village that breath taking. If you ever stay in Villa Del papa, you should also go to her brother restaurant, the food there was perfection, and delicious. I have never given full Mark for a place in my life and Villa Del papa deserve it and more .
