Amazing location and room as well as host. Valentina is a fantastic host, she helped me getting a taxi when I arrived at Lucca train station as no taxis were available on the We taxi app. She was available via WhatsApp what I appreciated so much. She gave me good recommendations for restaurants. As a local she a well of knowledge about Lucca, so ask away. Everything is so close. Everything is as shown or even better than the pictures.

Everything was as described and as shown in the photos. Very clean, cozy and spacious accommodation, this was recently renovated and all furniture was like new. We were two families with two children each, we occupied all four rooms, 1st and 2nd level, there was a bathroom on each floor. The kitchen was very well equipped with all you need. The host Maria Chiara is a very nice person and always available. We strongly recommend this accommodation !

The apartment couldn't have been in a better location and our host Claudia was very helpful with parking and local information. Lucca is a beautiful city and this hotel looks directly into the main piazza, its close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. In the evening we were worried about the live music playing outside in the piazza keeping us awake, but when we shut the windows you couldn't hear a thing! We would highly recommend!

Excellent location and accommodations. Recommendations given for nearby restaurants are fantastic; especially love Caffe Santa Zita down the street for breakfast! Eggs Benedict!! Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Beautiful and well maintained. Clearly a lot of pride put into property. So clean-impeccably spotless. And decorated with warm touches but not cluttered. Our apartment (Coppaia-2 bedroom; one bathroom with living space and kitchen) was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7) and had air conditioning which was welcome in the heat. The property had an amazing pool that was well maintained with umbrellas abs towels. And lovely surroundings with plants and flowers including a grassy area for the kids to play football (soccer). There is also free parking on site which is great. Property close to everything (12 mins to Lucca; 10 mins to Pisa; 1 hour to train to Cinque Terre; 1.25 hours to Florence ) but at the same time provide a wonderful respite from touristy locations. Lovely small town. The owners, Daniela and Giovanni, were very kind and responsive and very helpful with guidance and advice. Nothing but positive things to say about this property.
