Better than expected !! Our host was very nice, the shared living room and dining room is huge ! All the equipment are great to make you feel like at home. The parking is very convenient. I recommend 100% to stay at charlotte’s room !!

Brilliant location outside of the busy tourist areas of Venice. A few minutes walk from really nice restaurants and bars, and easy to get to the main station and several water taxi spots to visit neighbouring islands. Rooms were clean, spacious and staff were really friendly.

We were amazed by the attention to every detail – from wine stoppers to mosquito repellent, everything was provided for maximum comfort. Even towels were changed during our stay, which is rare and very appreciated! The room was big, comfortable, cozy and very clean, also the view was amazing! Shower was great and everything was very well organised. The breakfast was delicious, homemade, all prepared with lots of love and care, the panacota and the cake prepared by the host were just fanstastic! Elena is very attentive, she cared about my lactose intolerance and prepared our favorite sweets.
