Very clean, good location, easy self checkin (we arrived late), bathroom was superb, the fridge was full with drinks and a list of prices. We liked very much the idea of guest leaving short messages on the wall. Also the communication with the reception was excellent.

This is such a nice place to stay in. The location is perfect and only 2 minutes walk from the historical centre of Matera. The rooms were clean and modern, the room and bathroom facilities are with top quality. The bedsheets were crisp, white and lightly starched, giving this luxurious feeling as if you are in a five star hotel.

Everything is perfect. It’s a neat, clean and cozy nest. The place is renovated and decorated with taste, the old stone and carved ceilings are fantastic. Nicola takes good care of you, including a complete explanation of how to tour properly the city. The location is perfect, few hundred meters and you’re strolling along the cobblestone streets. Fantastic experience! The cave-like appartment is stunning, very well designed. The location is so good that you actually get the best views of Matera right at your doorsteps. The parking option with transfer service, which was recommended by the hotel, was very convenient too.
