All is new,super very clean.the matress is the most confortable one. Inside you'll find expresor coffee machine, capsules with authentic expresso,croissants,biscuits, we were felling like home,even a big fridge. The "silent host" came every morning to fill what's needed.inside the room are towels,2nd blanket,sheets.the room is clean every 2days. Many many thanks 2our host.GOD bless you.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Mestre, Venice! The location is in a peaceful part of town, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The tram stop is just a short walk away, making it super easy and affordable to get to Venice. The owner is an absolute gem. She runs a charming toy shop in the same building and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She answered all our questions and even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a quiet, convenient place to stay near Venice!

location is great..20 min to airport and 12-15 min to Venice and Mestre train station walking distance (15 min), the bus stop is 1 min away !..new towels daily and cleaning service..big bathroom..fridge..coffee and tea in the kitchen, biscuits and small bottled water for free daily..fast check in/out, reliable owner (waiting in the apartment to hand in the keys)..i left the luggage the last day and he gave me a key to enter the premises and collect them...supermarket around the corner..mestre city centre walking distance... fast and reliable internet...only 4 rooms on the floor, quiet..highly recommended!!!

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The location was perfect — very close to the train station, which made it easy to get around. The photos in the listing seem a bit outdated, as the room was actually even nicer than we expected — it had been recently renovated and looked great. The bed was also very comfortable. We definitely recommend this place!

Apartment is in amazing location if you plan to go to old Venice often - 5 minutes to the bus station, bus comes every now and then, we haven’t waited for more than 2 minutes, and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the old Venice. Marco was extremely hostile and gave us good tips regarding our stay! Also location is good as a middle point since you are 5 minutes away from the railway station.
