I've never met a more professional and helpful gentleman than the one working at the reception of the lodge. Helpful in all possible ways, attentive to details, yet not intrusive! A truly great professional! The lodge was extremely clean, well equipped, comfy beds and sheets, and the breakfast delicious. I totally recommend the property!

Easy to get to by buses from airport. Very comfortable and quiet. Located on bus line. Easy walk to restaurants, banks, grocery store. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 5 minutes walk to train station. We could park safely in the garage. I recommend you to eat at Da Michele restaurant which is a few minutes walk from Rosa Garden.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. They kept our luggages even after the check out for a small fee. The room was spacious and comfy. Hotel was at a walking distance to the main railway station.

The location is very convenient if you want to visit Venice, the bus station is right around the corner, hop on bus number 2. There’s payed hourly parking outside. (Free from 8pm to 7:30 am). Our apartment looked just like the pictures, very clean and tidy. Great Wi-Fi!
