The owner is so kind, attentive, caring and responsive. She even provided us with tips for visiting Modica. The apartment has a very beautiful modern design and is spacious. It is clean and new, with a nice view of the city. It is located very close to the main tourist attractions of Modica. We would love to stay for longer and definitely recommend this apartment.

Lobe the facility, the location was perfect for what we needed to do. The host was very very helpful. He met us when we arrived and saved a space for us to temporarily park our car. We moved the car the later to a free parking lot nearby, a place he directed us. He was available to answer our questions and responded within a minute or two. It was as if he was right next to you helping you. There are fruit stores and grocery stores nearby. The courtyard in front was charming. the seafood restaurant nearby has excellent food - best breadsticks ever ! When I return, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Stayed here with friends on a cycling holiday through southern Sicily. Was our favorite stay! The host was so lovely and communicative. Great shower, lovely terrace, spacious rooms, really comfortable beds, and excellent location. Bonus for us that there was a washing machine for laundry and a garage to park our bikes. It was an amazing stay and would certainly stay here again next time we come back to Modica!

Loveliest stay. Carmelo was very communicative and the place was gorgeous - my son loved waking up every morning to play football in the backyard while surrounded by nature. would def recommend staying here! We also loved all the different tiles!

Beautiful property. Located perfectly in the heart of historic Modica. Go down to the Concurso to shop and eat. Go up to the Castle and sites. The veranda overlooks the downtown. Grab a bottle of wine and sit there in the evening.

Directly by the Center of town. Only 1 flight of steps. Very nice and helpful host. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean. I only stayed 1 night in Modica.

The host is a very helpful, accommodating and gentle person. The location is in the historical center of the city on one of the many labyrinth-like tiny "streets" with a patio! The house is built in an old earthquake-proof fashion with its vaulted ceilings and thick walls, that make the stay an incredible experience. The architecture is designed to shield even from the biggest heat. Comfortable bed and large bathroom made the stay relaxing.
