We really enjoyed our stay. The old town was beautiful and had a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed as a group of four and had two rooms, both of which were tastefully furnished in a simple but very charming style. The beds were very comfortable, although a little short. Francesca was an extremely kind and welcoming host. Even when I accidentally broke the key in the wrong entrance door, she remained very friendly and just laughed it off in a good-natured way. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend staying here.

Host Leandro maken you feel very welcome and is a great chef! The breakfast is extraordinary with selfmade specialties (only local produce) and so is the diner Leandro makes you for a small fee. We stayed the night before and after a 4-day trekking in Marguareis national park which made it extra pleasurable to indulge in the luxury and comfort and great food of this place!

I had stayed here 8 years ago and wanted to come back. The hotel is owned by brewery Baladin, and was completely renovated by their founder, genius Teo Musso. The rooms are beautiful and each has their own decor. It's right across the street from their first brewery/bar, which is still working. Every Sunday Teo speaks about his journey and does a brewery tour of the new grounds down the street. Highly recommend it! Plus, this area is right next to Barolo, which has some of the best wines in Italy. Another nice town to visit nearby is Alba, which has a 3-star Michelin restaurant (Piazza Duomo) and a bistrot from the same owners, Piola.
