We had the pleasure of being among the very first guests to stay at this charming new hotel, and it was a lovely experience. With just four rooms, it has a cozy, boutique feel, and everything inside is fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. You can really tell a lot of care went into creating a comfortable and stylish space. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. While the breakfast wasn’t a full course meal, it was perfectly fine and a nice start to the day. Overall, it’s a great little spot—perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay. We’re excited to see it grow and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something new and personal.

It’s located in a quiet part of town, so noise won’t disturb your rest, yet it’s still close to the city center. Trieste is just half an hour away, Goriška Brda also and offers a perfect wine adventure, and Venice is less than an hour’s drive. The location was excellent.Very clear,very nice renovated.The shower was great.The room was spacious enought.Had a coffee machine, kettle and few snacks for breakfast. Although is on a busy street there is no noise.Easy to check in.
