Bed was very comfy , aircon and fan were very welcome after being out in the heat all day . Location was perfect , 100m from the centre of San casciano for restaurants and bars . Coffee machine made lovely drinks , small hob for making breakfast . Great shower in the recently refurbished bathroom . The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling . Really a great place to stay with a great host .

The place looks just like in the photos with high quantity furniture, very clean, charming and cozy. The locations is also excellent on the less touristic side of the city. There is complimentary water, coffee and tea. Also enough room for clothes. A spacy bed too. Mirko gave us some great recommendations and check in was super smooth and easy. We absolutely love everything! I also stayed in a 4-star hotel around the corner and would take Santa Rosa rooms over this hotel any day. 100% recommend.

Very private. Right beside the historical centre. Could walk everywhere. Host provided wonderful suggestions on where to eat and visit. Everything was very easy! Highly recommend!

The location is great! The room has a private bathroom, heating in the room works great (we were there during the winter). The kitchen and the balcony are common spaces to share with others. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook, you can leave your food in the fridge, there is also a dishwasher and coffee machine. The view of Tuscany hills from the balcony is wonderful, you can hear the sound of a brook. The owner Irene was a wonderful host, she gave us all the necessary information and here energy is very positive, welcoming and warm. We received vouchers for breakfast in a local bar with pastries. We were satisfied with the breakfast. Vinci definitely stole our hearts and we both knew the moment we entered the Bellavelle Rooms, that this is the place we want to return to!

Though it is a bit far from the city center, the area is well connected. A few minutes walk and you can reach the tram to go throughout the city. The bed was wonderfully comfy. Breakfast was offered, that was good and abundant. There was more food and drinks in the mini bar, prices for these products were affordable.
