The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk from the sea and right in the center of everything. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and situated in a great part of the city. We stayed at the Piazza Carità for 2 nights to finish a trip of 10 days, and what a dream it was! The shower was the best shower we'd had during our full trip, location was perfect - in the middle of the shopping district and next to the metro line 1. You could step outside and eat at any of the local amazing restaurants and cafes, and not have to walk far at all to catch the sightseeing bus tour. Huge plus was the lift, to avoid carrying luggage up four flights of stairs. The staff were very lovely and helpful, let us put luggage in the room early, and the balcony had some cute views of the main street which was nice too. As a side note, many streets in Naples are very narrow and can be quite eery. This hotel is located of a very brightly lit street which made it feel very safe and I was very relieved.

Location is GREAT. Walking distance to Gambrinus, Piazza del Plebiscito, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and Toledo Metro Station. Anna, Simona and the rest of staff were AMAZING😍❤🥰. They went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Definitely going back❤
