We loved everything about the place. Not only are the building and the courtyard stunning, and the interior design beautiful and thoughtful, but the room was exceptionally clean, perfectly located, and the owner couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

Clean, modern and conveniently located. It is only a short walk to the old town. Parking is available by the road. Property is well maintained and rooms open out to the small garden in front. We enjoyed talking to Magda, who made some helpful recommendations on where to visit and places to eat.

Amazing design of the place, minimalist and elegant interior, everything you need on vacation. We also had a roof terrace at our disposal, where we could enjoy warm evenings and local wines. Our room was cleaned every day and the entire facility was sparkling clean. You can see that Teresa puts a lot of heart into what she does. What”’s more, she is helpful and truly kind-hearted person. Daniela made sure that we didn't miss anything during every breakfast. It was typical Italian breakfast (dolci per colazione) with a wide range of local products and even homemade, delicious marmelades (my fav was tomato one!) however you could also choose salty version :) Teresa, thank you for having us at B&B Welcome! The room is in a very good location, just 5 min walking to the city centre. Although it doesnt have private parking, actually parking is not an issue, since there's plenty of parking spaces in the area surrounding the building. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Gabriele was amazing. Very attentive and sympathetic, sending me the best places to visit and to eat.

The design of the room was very unique. Nothing we’ve ever seen before. And the breakfast was the best we’ve had in all Sicily. Up till Casa Modica we’ve been used to ‘cornetto’ and maybe a coffe or orange juice included in the price (if we were lucky) for almost the same room price. But here we’ve got fruits, sweets, coffee, (if I’m not mistaken) fresh bread and so much more. And all this served in a cute street of Noto ❤️

The design & layout & high quality finishes were wonderful. Very fresh. Its also quiet. This apartment is at the same level as Centro Noto so it's easy to walk along through this very attractive town. The hostess was wonderful and helpful, I wish her well.

It was a very short stay for me but even with that I would like to highly recommend B&B Leo. New brand room with private bathroom with all amenities needed. Comfy and cleaned in a quiet location.
