The location was excellent! Short walk to everything you want to see with lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Our room was very clean with a comfy bed and good shower. The host was very nice. We booked at the last minute with no issues and she helped arrange a taxi to meet us at the train station since we were arriving late! She also stored our bags the day we were leaving. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Orvietto!

The hosts were wonderful! Even managed to do a small load of washing that upon my return was hung out for me. Attention detail was seen in everything! The lounge dining and kitchen as well as my room were tastefully decorated. The kitchen came with everything needed in order to prepare a meal including olive oil. My room oozed charm in every nook a cranny. It felt more like a home than a lodging. Highly recommend to anybody booking a stay here in Orvieto. I had a terrific stay!

Literally everything! Nice room with the vintage atmosphere, ideally cleaned! Fantastic view over the hills of Umbria! Check-in and check-out were perfectly organized. The room was equipped with everything we needed (airconditioning, kettle, capsile coffee machine, fridge, TV etc..). Sabrina (the host) is so helpful and nice person!!! We love her! Welcome bottle of vine and local bakery were so nice! Ideal location in the historical center with the parking available within 2-3 min (short walk+elevator). A lot of cafes and restaurants within few minutes walk. It was absolutely beautiful stay!!! Sabrina! Thank you so much!
