Quiet area at night. Location was great between two major roads. Easy to get to the bus and train station. The owner’s were very kind and caring. They were the best!! I can't thank them enough for their kindness. They met me off the bus and took my luggage and they took me back to the bus with my luggage to be sure I was off okay. They took the time to show me a map so I could get comfortable with the area. They were always available if I needed anything. Small convenience store on the same street was quite handy. A very warm and wonderful stay and one I won't forget This family were truly the greatest hosts. Highly recommend to stay here.

The stay at Ai Crociferi was probably one of my best in the past years. Good value for money, exceptional location, comfortable room, extremely polite people doing the job. The owner is also very nice although I met her in the end. However, she made sure she got colleagues to welcome me and show me around. All the ladies were so nice and helpful, they told me which places are a must to visit, which I should avoid at night , etc. Also, the accommodation has a kitchen with the possibility to make tea. The special coffee & biscuit gift at check-in was also a really nice gesture, much appreciated. The building is super safe and is located in the heart of the city on one of its busiest streets. Walking distance from all the major tourist attractions and the bus/ train station. Palermo also surprised me as it turned out to be more beautiful and charming than I expected. Now I only wish I had a couple more days at this place! If I return to this wonderful part of Italy, which has very warm and nice people & delicious cuisine, I will again book this accommodation FOR SURE. Thank you!!!!

Nice little “oasis” in the heart of Palermo! The hot tub was great and the sauna is a refreshing added bonus! Breakfast was also good and staff is nice.
