Self Check-in was very smooth. Very clean and beautiful room, bathroom and lobby area. We really enjoyed our stay here and we did not want to leave. The Lobby area was very spacious with many seats, very comfortable. Best location in Perugia. The fridge was filled with delicious yoghurts and juices that were included in the room. You can also leave the baggage in a locker free of charge. Flexible, available and friendly host promptly answered all questions via WhatsApp.

We were on the roadtrip across Italy and this was the best stay we had. The rooms are beautiful, new, clean, everything you need it’s there, also kitchen in common area is well equipped. Parking in front of the building. Daniela was so kind, the check in was extremely smooth, she helped us how to get into city center etc. We received also small gift. Do yourself a favor and booked this casa :)

Incredibly special stay! When you enter the drive way to the villa you’re transported to another world and time. Novello and his family are wonderful and warm people who welcome you in to their family home, happy and excited to share the history and stories of their ancestors who lived here. The food is incredible and all made from scratch, gorgeous selection of wine. We enjoyed drinks in the garden before dinner. If you’re after a night or two of enchantment then stay here.

Good location when it comes to get to/from Perugia airport. Easy parking and plenty of space around. The host was very nice and helpful. No problems with anything. We only spent a few hours there so I can't say anything more. You just have to take into account that you live with the owner (in a separate room) but in his apartment. Recommended.

They communicated everything about the check-in process to me over WhatsApp which included videos describing how one can get to the property from the train station easily, which I appreciated. They answered my questions immediately, and they made sure that I was finding everything comfortable. Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, even moreso than my own bed :) Location was pretty good.
