Staff was very helpful from the very beginning of our stay sending us all the information and answering our questions. Localization couldn’t be any better, we stayed in the heart of the old city. Perugia is underrated and is the best place to plan other destinations like Assisi or Florence (only 2h away). Highly recommended!

I cannot rate Casa Stella and its lovely hosts highly enough. Not only is the accommodation super-clean and stylish, with a Scandinavian vibe, and lots of nice little touches, I met with such kindness. My husband was admitted as an emergency to Perugia hospital, a 10-15-minute walk away, and Daniela allowed me to extend my stay and kindly gave me a lift with all our luggage on the day we were repatriated to the UK. The "kindness of strangers" is invaluable at these times, and I will never forget it. Thank you.

Incredibly special stay! When you enter the drive way to the villa you’re transported to another world and time. Novello and his family are wonderful and warm people who welcome you in to their family home, happy and excited to share the history and stories of their ancestors who lived here. The food is incredible and all made from scratch, gorgeous selection of wine. We enjoyed drinks in the garden before dinner. If you’re after a night or two of enchantment then stay here.

Fabulous view over the beautiful Umbria countryside. Great to wake up to a glorious sunrise. At the foot of the old town so well located. Booked a parking spot so that was essential for us. Staff were so accommodating. Highly recommend for a one night stay.
