Apart from the perfect location (you wake up with a view from the tower) , quiet amazing place to stay. Great facilities, amazing and friendly staff. Thay let me leave the luggage before and after my stay. Will visit again on my next stay in Pisa.

The host was very helpful and always responded to our messages. The instructions to access the unit were excellent. Very close to transit and stores. The host provided complimentary tea, coffee and cookies for the communal kitchen which was shared with all 6 units.

It’s very close to everything and easy to reach. The room feels cozy, and I had a positive experience staying there. It also has a nice small balcony and fast Wi-Fi. Rabih was kind and friendly. Overall, everything was perfect

Enrico was very helpful. The room is modern, clean and quite large. Location is about 15 minutes walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Highly recommend if visiting Pisa.

If you are flying in or out of Pisa airport, this guesthouse is absolutely perfect. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in future. It is immaculate, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - with great aircon. Communications were great and Silvia, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful - booking us a restaurant (a local pizzeria - the best pizza we have ever had) and a taxi to the airport in the morning which was no more than five minutes away.

The property is lovely - nice clean room and private bathroom. Has a full kitchen with snacks and coffee. It’s a bit out of the city centre but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the main areas

The hosts are extremely nice. They were always very quick to answer our calls and they helped us a lot with a problem we had with our flight. The room, the toilet and the kitchen are very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a cozy stay. They left us some food and water. The bed is very comfortable and the location is perfect (2 minutes to the train station and 15 minutes to the city centre). If we come back to Pisa, we won’t hesitate to stay here. THANK YOU!!
