Everthing was great. The only snag is that you have to carry your luggage as it is a pedestrian area, but definitely worth it.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, and letting us check in early made our day so much easier after traveling. The room felt fresh and pleasantly cool even without the air conditioning — such a comfort in the summer heat. And the location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Allesandro and Chiara are icons of hospitality in the most charming town of Pitigliano. The hotel and restaurant are centerpieces of the old town. You can tell how proud the Francardi's are of their home. From Chaira transporting us from our rental car to the hotel in the old town where cars are not allowed to the outstanding housekeeping services, we had a wonderful stay. Chiara gave us wonderful advice and recommendations which made our stay even more memorable.

Tiziana was the perfect host! Met us and helped us with luggage from the private carpark; advised on where to eat ( such a beautiful taster menu and sunset); personalised our breakfast for the next day! Just fabulous and we hope to return.
