Everything! Perfect location, perfect breakfast and coffee, spacious room. But most importantly our host Elisabetta was more than a host, she treated us as if we were a family, asking and offering us assistance, smiling all the time, and always ready to help. Staying at Residenza Il Giglio was incredible, it truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was extremely clean, renovated and comfortable. The staff was super friendly as well, letting us store our luggage before checking in. Amazing location and price! I would definitely stay over there again.

The apartment is in a pretty, old , charming building . The area was quite central , you can reach the main sights by foot if you’re into walking :). The place is very modern and welcoming. I liked the set up and the interior very much . The bed was so comfortable. Staying there felt almost like home . Everyone was very very friendly . I highly recommend this place . Good value and great service.

We were together with my husband. It was great experience, everything was perfect, location of the hotel is very central, breakfast was really good, with good choice for Italy, staff was very polite and helpful, clean room and comfortable bed.
