The room was really nice and clean! The location is perfect, right near the center of San Gimignano and the host was great! They really love their job and make you feel comfortable and welcome! I would certainly recommend it to anyone else and I would love to come back!

Perfect location. Three minutes walk from the city center and panoramic views. The Windows overlook a quiet street, near a garden and thanks to this fresh air. Wonderful apartment: comfortable bed, wardrobes. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Fresh renovation in the bathroom, good plumbing. Renata was very friendly and was always in touch.

Even though she was busy, our host was very responsive went it comes to answering to our messages, and she even let us use the fridge in the lobby with no hesitation whatsoever. The room was nice and cosy, clean, and was close to P3 and P4 parking areas, as well as the main street and city center. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back when the road leads us to San Gimignano.
