The staff are excellent making you feel very welcome. Valet parking in a country that is not car friendly is exceptional. Don't miss the breakfast served to your room or rooftop canapés at sunset. This is by far the best hotel we experienced in Italy. The staff go out of their way to make you fell special and ensure you have a great experience. Location is second to none with very short walk to amazing places.

The room exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend this hotel! It was completely newly renovated and everything was very tastefully decorated and very clean. The hotel is located at the city centre of Siena but we did not hear any noise from the street outside. The host was lovely and happy to assist.

Everything! The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The bed was soooo comfortable, the room had a view onto the little courtyard which was lovely. We would highly recommend it and hope we can come back someday!

"Excellent location - only a 3-minute drive to the parking lot, from where you can take free escalators to the center of the old city (to the Duomo). The room is equipped with a kettle and tea, perfect for enjoying a relaxing cup before bed. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, featuring pastries, cheese, juices, and coffee.
