The villa is beautiful, as are the surroundings with beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and very nicely furnished. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a living room with TV, chess, billiards, in short, superb. In reality, everything is more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. The surroundings of the villa are still being improved, there will be a swimming pool outside. The location of the villa is easy to reach and is close to the city center. Parking is on the property. Breakfast is in a bar outside the villa, very good pastries, typical of the area. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely be back!

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful even though there was a language barrier. The room was very spacious and modern. The accommodation is very close to a supermarket and nearby restaurants. Ortigia is also walkable distance from the accommodation. We loved our stay, thank you!

Amazing property, amazing host, amazing breakfast. I couldn't recommend this property more. I was sad to leave. The room and communal spaces feel like you're at home. So comfortable and welcoming. The bedroom was fitted with all mod cons, it was light, airy and spacious. Really comfortable bed. Powerful spacious shower. Outside space to dry clothes. The kitchen area also had kettle, coffee maker and microwave which you were able to use at any time. It had plenty of space for all guests staying in the rooms at once. The breakfast as if you were staying in a 5* hotel. I think it was better as it was so personal. Everything was fresh and you couldn't have wanted for anything more. Fruit, cake, cereals, toast, fruit juice, teas, coffees, hot chocolate and marshmallows, pizza, Italians pastries and more ! Within walking distances of all the local attractions. If you don't choose to stay here you've made the wrong choice.

The rooms were very clean and modern and well positioned. Andrea and Lucia helped us with a lot of information about Ortigia and what we can see, where can eat and they also helped us with a free parking space. We really appreciated to met them.

Everything was perfect! You immediately feel like staying at a five star hotel but with the feeling of being home. The hosts were extremely welcoming and extremely flexible. Brand new lovely apartment, tastefully furnished with very comfortable bed and coffee machine inside the room. They have been very careful about details and facilities to make stay more cozy . Good size of the balcony, too. Great hosts, very helpful. I would recommend 100%. Definitely worth of money.
