The villa is beautiful, as are the surroundings with beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and very nicely furnished. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a living room with TV, chess, billiards, in short, superb. In reality, everything is more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. The surroundings of the villa are still being improved, there will be a swimming pool outside. The location of the villa is easy to reach and is close to the city center. Parking is on the property. Breakfast is in a bar outside the villa, very good pastries, typical of the area. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely be back!

Close to old town, around 15min walking. Good location if you are traveling by car, as there is free parking in nearby streets. Though the street next to apartment building is tight. Room is clean, everything you need.

The host is an absolutely lovely person, our room was super spacious and clean and the breakfast great. The host even had a bed for our dog and gave us food for the road. The host had good tips for eating and sights. We would definitely stay again!

The rooms were very clean and modern and well positioned. Andrea and Lucia helped us with a lot of information about Ortigia and what we can see, where can eat and they also helped us with a free parking space. We really appreciated to met them.

Everything was perfect! You immediately feel like staying at a five star hotel but with the feeling of being home. The hosts were extremely welcoming and extremely flexible. We received such a warm welcome! Bruna met us personally and even offered us an early check in. But her kindness did not stop there. A cold bottle of bobbles and local goods were waiting for us. AC was running already. A custom made welcome sign was placed in our room. She gave us a tour and informed us about the facilities before she left us enjoy her beautiful place. Apartment was squeaky clean, with a kitchen fully furnished, extra towels and cleaning products.

The room was very comfortable and clean and apartment is close to Ortigia. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff were very helpful. If you have a car, parking was relatively easy to find in the street.
