The villa is beautiful, as are the surroundings with beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and very nicely furnished. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a living room with TV, chess, billiards, in short, superb. In reality, everything is more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. The surroundings of the villa are still being improved, there will be a swimming pool outside. The location of the villa is easy to reach and is close to the city center. Parking is on the property. Breakfast is in a bar outside the villa, very good pastries, typical of the area. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely be back!

The host was a lovely person! She is so welcoming, offering everything for the most perfect stay. Sleep was amazing, along with the buffet breakfast! A must stay when visiting Syracuse! Best recommendations for nearby restaurants. Aircon was great too.

Cozy moden nicely fitted apartments at fair price in walking distance to Largo dell' Anfiteatro and Syracuse city center. We comfortably shared 2 apartments per 5 persons (1 night), each having its own bathroom with a roomy shower box, coffee maker, and free welcome wine. The apartment manager Edilene speaks fluent English. Very warm and friendly, instant check-in (~30 min after booking), great hospitality. Wish we could come back someday again. Thanks, Edilene!

Brand new lovely apartment, tastefully furnished with very comfortable bed and coffee machine inside the room. They have been very careful about details and facilities to make stay more cozy . Good size of the balcony, too. Great hosts, very helpful. I would recommend 100%. Definitely worth of money.

Location was perfect, close to Ortigia and close to historic places. Just steps from some restaurants. Parking was easy in front of the house. Rooms are clean, modern, our rooms was smaller. We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect for such short .stay. Breakfast was simple, depends what you expect. But the location pays for itself.

The hotel was wonderful! The room was very cozy and had air conditioning. There was also a shared kitchen next to the room, which was very convenient. The location is great — about a 20-minute walk to Ortigia Island in one direction and to the Neapolis Archaeological Park in the other. Everything was so easily reachable on foot that I never had to use public transport. The owner Vincenzo and his mother are incredibly kind and welcoming. He gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. If I ever come back to Syracuse, I would be happy to stay here again!
