We were extremely happy to find that the accommodation was outstanding, exceeding our expectations. The location and amenities and comfort were of a high standard. Marianna, our host, made sure we were all settled in, and we can not praise her enough for her communication and attentiveness. If we ever return to Sorrento, we would definitely return! The location was unbelievable but if you want to stay in somewhere that gives you the true experience of sorrento then this is your place, so much better than the big chain hotels. Place is immaculate and rooms are massive.Grace who runs the property is unbelievable also, anything you need she is there for you and any information you may need while staying in sorrento she is available, she is so polite and English is better than mine 😀 Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay ! The house was not only beautiful and in a perfect location, but it was also cleaned every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was modern and with a very nice design, it also gave us a cozy feeling. The hotel was right in the center of Sorrento, just a 10 minute walk to the train/bus station and the port. We would definitely stay here again.

exceptional property. got free upgrade which was the icing of the cake. best views of the square, Sylvie was very kind and helpful. was always available when we needed her. the breakfast was delicious. and overall had such a beautiful experience thanks to Elyss suites.
