The place is just like the pictures. Andrea was an amazing host, gave us tips and suggestions and made us feel home. Breakfast was veey good and the hot drinks amazing. Room is spacious and very comfortable.

Short walk from the train station and city center. Easy to follow and well detailed instructions for check-in. A very clean apartment with good quality furnishings. Well-equipped with everything we needed and attractive modern decor. Lovely homely touches but without clutter. Pamela was a very responsive host who has obviously put a lot of thought into creating a very welcoming apartment.

Ivan and his wife, the owner are friendly and the place is almost new, clean, warm, organized. There are automatic doors with code. Spa is clean, little but complete and new. There are sauna, hamam, idromassage and a little space relax with bio herbal infusions. Good staying!

Great stay, very romantic, I was with my mother so that was less romantic! We wanted to stay in Stazzona as it was where our family originally came from and it was convenient for our family history research. Francesco met us at the front and was very lovely as we arrived very early so he showed me around and took our bags and my mother and I were going to look for the old family home. We thought everyone had moved away but when I mentioned the family name he knew exactly who we were talking about and gave us directions to the house. He took our bags upstairs for us while we were out (they are VERY heavy!). He gave us information about the area, a taxi drivers’ name and number and said to contact him first if we needed to go into the town and he may be able to take us if he was available. We did use the taxi driver, and he was great also, even picking us up very late after he had finished work. The room was very spacious and beautifully set out, clean, had an electric jug and coffee maker as well as teas and coffee pods etc. The bed, sheets and towels were soft and clean and there was bottled water left on the fridge for us as well. There was also a little book on the coffee table with some details of the family businesses which was a really nice touch. Francesco was around when we needed anything or replied straight away on booking.com messages but was not intrusive. We had amazing views out of the windows and there was a great breeze going through the room. It’s a lovely area and really nice to walk around, there are a number of drinking fountains in the area that have the best drinking water and very cold. Even without the family connection, it’s a beautiful place to stay and relax, it was very peaceful!

We stayed for just one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer! The room was very cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfect for two travelers – you can tell that every detail was carefully thought out. We were pleasantly surprised to find even more amenities than listed, which made our stay even better. The town itself has a wonderful atmosphere – perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. But the real highlight was the host: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

the owner has a lovely dog which is mad affectionate and loves to be petted, the rooms are spacious (and they're PINK which is a huge bonus if you ask me), Franco is a sweetheart, extremely kind and friendly fella, the view also is chill and relaxing.
