It definitely was our best stay during our whole vacation in Sicily & Calabria. The location was perfect, very close to the centre of the city, but at the same time really quiet and peaceful. The staff, especially Vincenzo, was exceptional. They reserved us a parking place really close to the B&B and provided us a sun umbrella for free. The room was very comfortable and clean. We loved it.

Nicest host we have encountered in Italy and that definately brightened our trip. Property is large and well fitted/clean. Parking easy and good position close to main centre. Had a nice coffee with the host on check out also! Ready to see why this property is a 10/10

We absolutely loved staying here. The staff was incredibly welcoming, extremely kind and we felt right at home. The rooms are decorated with attention to detail, and the roof top terrace looked like a great place to relax on a sunny day. The breakfast was more than one might expect in Italy; fresh fruit, bread, yoghurt, juice, coffee and eggs done according to preferance and so on. I have never experienced such hospitality before, and I would absolutely come back. The location was very convenient, right by the old town, and a short walk to the beach. Train station also within walking distance!

We loved everything about this place. It is new, very central, very niche. The staffs was very helpful and attentive. Its also right next to an ancient church. Overall it was a great stay. Will definitely stay there again. It was also clean and well managed.

The lady of the house was great! Very friendly, and always there to offer everything we need. Breakfast was amazing with some extra " pasca" ( traditional Easter pie in Italy, Balcanic Countries, Rommania, Moldova and other. Was home made and we really enjoyed.

We had a true Italian experience staying here. The room was super clean and the view of the ocean was spectacular . We got to wash our clothes Italian style and hang them from the balcony. Breakfast was great, specially the variety of fruit, super fresh. Loved how we could park our car inside carport. Also walking distance to city centre and the beautiful beaches, Tony the owner was fantastic , very helpful and explained everything. Would stay here again.

Absolutely great accommodation with all you need for your stay. Francesca is very helpful and welcoming person. Whole place is in very quite area but in walking distance to town centre and beach. The accommodation provides beach towels and sun umbrellas. Rooms are well designed, spacious and equipped with coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer and lot of storage space. Coffee and water for free are as usual as everyday cleaning service. And the bed was so comfortable...I do really recommend this place and wish to come back soon.

Incredible location, right in the centre of town but down a back alleyway so it is still private enough. Beautiful small balcony's with nice view of local streets. New facilities, very clean and tidy. Huge bed, extremely comfortable. Host was so generous and posted something to me that I left in the room at her own cost! Very grateful.

It was wonderful. The room was great and very comfortable, close to all facilities. There was a private small yard for each room, very cute. They were very friendly and thoughtful, I arrived very late and they came to pick me up. The stay at Don Francisco rooms just made my trip more special. Would definitely go back!
